Where To Buy Plastic Pipettes

Where To Buy Plastic Pipettes in Bulk For Under $5

Very common question in the essential oil community, “Where to buy plastic Pipettes, Kate!”

Pipettes are, in my personal opinion, the best way to distribute essential oils into bottle. Especially itty bitty sample bottles!

I have used lots of different styles of pipettes, funnels, droppers – both reusable and disposable.

Pipettes are the winner! Why? Well, funnels tend to get air bubbles trapped in them leading to spillage and droppers are fragile.

Where to buy pipettes – 3 different options.

Option 1:

We can organise bulk packs of pipettes for you, this is great if you are doing an order through us and would like to use Australian Afterpay.

Our bulk pipette orders are warehouse fulfilled, however we track and maintain communication with you throughout the process.

We also sell numerous other types of Essential Oil Supplies

Option 2:

You can buy Pipettes in bulk from Amazon.

I have not ordered pipettes from Amazon before, however I have seen this listing recommended numerous times in my community group.

100 Pipettes For Under $5 From Amazon

Option 3:

You can buy Pipettes from Aliexpress.

My experience with Aliexpress is quite good, you may wait a little while but if your order does not turn up, you can escalate this and have a replacement or refund issues.

100 Pipettes For Under $5 from Aliexpress

I hope this helps you on where to buy plastic pipettes.

If you are ONLY buying a pack of Pipettes, I highly recommend Aliexpress only because their postage costs are low and Pipettes do not vary a lot in quality.

We offer them as an add to our orders as a convenience for those who are grabbing roller ball bottles and droppers. You will need the pipettes to avoid spillage, especially using narrow neck bottles.

40+ Diffuser Recipes For All Occasions

40+ Essential Oil Diffuser Recipes

Diffusing Essential Oils In The Home, What will you need?

Cool Mist Diffuser

For the diffuser blend recipes, you will need a cool mist diffuser.

These can be purchased from a number of places. If you are a Doterra member, or are considering enrolling, I highly recommend the Petal Diffuser as your first diffuser purchase.

If you are buying a large diffuser, bigger than the Doterra Petal or Lumo, you will need to increase the amount of drops you use. So just keep that in mind.

Why are there so many recipes for the same thing?

Everyone is different. We know Lavender has a calming effect, but not everyone likes the smell of lavender or has the same reaction in common.

Sometimes you may not have a specific oil available, so need to work with what you have on hand. I have listed a variety of options to cater for everyone, hopefully!

These Blend Recipes are also available for purchase in a downloadable digital E-Book which you can send out to your customers.

Virtual Assistant Facebook Group Email Management | Check In Schedules

Facebook groups have become a primary way of building a loyal community that are subscribed your email list.

Business owners, like myself, have a habit of neglecting to outsource the management of group requests for a number of reasons.

We often tell ourselves we don’t have time to train someone on how to do it.

Adding emails to a list is a very easy job, so business owners are reluctant to pay a top level VA or Mail List expert for such simple process.

When hiring an entry level VA to do the job, trust may be an issue.

Entry level virtual assistants may be cheaper, but not have built up the testimonials and reviews yet to show the level of trust they can provide.

It can be scary handing the keys over.

Always discuss check ins schedules, expectations on how often, how long things will be expected to take and payment of services before you engage with a task – This advice goes for both he client and the assistant.

Establish Appropriate Check In Schedules

Establishing a logical check in schedule to manage group requests will:

  • Save Time
  • Save Money
  • Manage Expectations
  • Set a healthy, consistent approval flow for the group

Don’t automatically assume, just because someone has experience, that they know what is expected of them.

Does your Virtual Assistant know you expect Email Lists need to be backed up routinely? What happens if your VA accidentally deletes a list?

Does your VA know how many hours to spend on Group management, have a “capped” amount of time, ensuring they aren’t working “all the time”.

The task of managing group Requests and entering the data into your mail list provider should:

  • Preferably be at the same time each day/week.
  • Have a realistic amount of requests to manage.
  • Have an acceptable time frame I.E. 15 Minutes for 20 Emails added.

This is not productive at all and paying a VA for a few minutes here and there is not a positive work scenario for them.

Have an agreement to check on a certain amount of times a day or week.

I personally like to wait until I have around 20 requests before I sit down to manage them.

You can always let them know to negotiate additional check ins with them if the group has a surge of requests.

One point to make, when doing bulk request management like this, maybe you are worried about your members having to wait a little while to get into the group.

If you are delivering value – it wont matter.

This is where a system processes come in.

You may also want to add a welcoming thread to your process.

This requires tagging all new members in a thread and letting them know where to find the best value posts in the group, also directing them to introduce themselves and encourage them to make connections with other members.

Creating a system process.

Hopefully you are already here because you are looking to create processes for hiring staff.

System processes can be boring. Especially if you are a creative. They are a necessary part of being able to manage people effectively.

System Processes can be created for many things. Eg: Staff Induction, Managing Contributors, Managing Mail Accounts.

A great system process will help define your expectations, train staff with minimal hand holding and keep record of how things are managed, help identify what is working and what may need to be changed.

If you have no idea where to start on creating the training and process for this, I’ve got your back.

You can download a System Process & Training document HERE.

Please note, This document is live and will evolve over time as more help articles are written from kateshelby.com

You can download the process sheet and add your own help articles and time expectations if you do not like the ones provided.

This will help you while you organise your Virtual Assistant to manage your group requests and the emails that come through using your question fields.

Creating Fun Content For Your Essential Oil Business

Finding Fun Content Is Easy!

From Polls, GIFS, Quizzes and funny name lists, the internet has a plethora of content available to utilise on any social media channel.

The struggle isn’t FINDING content, it is CREATING your own content.

In a space with so much noise, it is becoming harder to put your own unique spin on thing.

First You Need The Basic Skill Of Creation.

You do not need to be a professional, My Canva Tutorial will get you started.

If you cannot grasp the art of creation, even using templates, try video instead.

Play dress ups, shoot from different places, use sparkly backdrops – create your own personal brand of fun.

I encourage you to think about the things you love and do more of it.

So you love the beach?

You might think thats a pretty boring topic, but there are millions of people out there who love the beach too.

Ever heard the saying “Your Vibe Attracts Your Tribe?” – It’s true.

FUN, Doesnt necessarily mean “Funny”

Theres this misconception out there that being fun and creative means making people laugh.

That isn’t the case. You can be fun without being a comedian or a clown.

How can you take something you love and turn it into content?

It can be a live stream, video, images, stories, blog post….there are endless options.

Write down 5 things you love on a notepad.

Ask yourself how your business connects to those things.

Does your love of the beach help you win in your business? Talk about it.

Here Are 3 Basic Examples Of Fun Content – All Using Topics I Love

Wizard Themed Essential Oil Image Pack  – I love the Harry Potter series and halloween was right around the corner.

My Love Of Dry Sarcasm + The Occasional Swear Word – This series was inspired by my love of Noni B’s Play school parody *Go The F*ck To Sleep*.

I wanted to use my own personal style of dry sarcasm to create eye catching content featuring diffuser essential oil blend recipes. These images ended up being the most popular piece of content I have created for my EO business so far. So popular that I revamped it to include Roller Recipes (below).

My Love Of Vigilantes, Superheroes + Villains – I’m a huge nerd. In my spare time I tend to Netflix my life away because I am far too invested in heroes + villains.

I feel like essential oils are the hero for many people. With great education, the products have helped so many people. So my love of comic heroes was easily applied to creating content for my business.

3 Ingredient Essential Oil Shower Melts

How To Make Shower Melts With 3 Ingredients

Shower Melts are little blocks of love that melt with the steam in your shower and help clear your airways.

I’ve also found Shower Melts to be beneficial in promoting a great mood to start the day with.

Grab one on your way to a morning shower and give it a try!

Ingredients:

1 cup baking soda

1/4 cup to 1/3 cup distilled water

25 drops essential oil

Instructions:

add 1 cup baking soda to a glass mixing bowl

add 1/4 Cup of Distilled water, use more if you need to.

Mix it up!

Add your essential oils, Mix those in too.

Scoop into moulds (silicone moulds o bath bomb moulds are okay)

Press down firmly on the mixture so its compacted

Dry overnight in the moulds

Pop out of the moulds the next day and store in a sealed jar in a dry place.

Shower Time! Place one of the floor of the shower and let the aroma travel with the steam.

Shower Melts After Being Popped Out Of Mould

Tips:

Have you got a herb garden? You can also add fresh herbs, sea salt or other natural ingredients like dried rose petals.

I would only use herbs if you are planning to use up your melts pretty quickly. Un-dried herbs/petals put moisture back into the melts and make them crumble.

Other Essential Oil Combination Ideas:

Easy Air

Thyme, lime & Eucalyptus

Cedarwood, Rosemary, Wild Orange & Frankincense

Lemon & eucalyptus

Peppermint, Eucalyptus & Lavender

Rosemary, Eucalyptus & Lavender

Citrus Bliss & Peppermint
