How To Make Raw Vegan Tim Tams

Ingredients

  • Activated Almond pulp
  • Activated buckwheat
  • Dates
  • Coconut oil
  • Cashews
  • Irish moss gel
  • Dates
  • Cacao powder
  • Coconut oil
  • Cacao butter
  • Coconut oil
  • Cacao powder
  • Your preferred liquid sweetener

Instructions

  1. Process all the dry ingredients in a food processor into meal consistency. Add dates and coconut oil and process again
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender except coconut oil till smooth. Add the oil again and blend.
  3. – Grease the mould with melted coconut oil.
  4. – Place half of the crust mixture and press firmly.
  5. – Pour all of the filling mixture and let it firm up in the fridge/freezer.
  6. – Place rest of the crust mixture and store in the fridge while making the chocolate coating.
  7. Melt the oil and stir through other ingredients. Cut into small square/rectangle shapes and coat with the chocolate coating.
