It’s that time of year again for Melbourne! Oz Comic-Con opens its doors for the 5th annual event at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. Oz Comic-Con is a family friendly event and has plenty of things to see and do for both adults, teenagers and children.

Just the sight of costumes alone will have your children entertained. There are many photo opportunities and you will find cosplayers are keen if you approach them for a picture. On the Sunday of Oz Comic-Con the Champions Of Cosplay will be held. This is the largest Cosplay Competition of its kind. Oz Comic-Con gives cosplayers the opportunity to compete for a national title, the winner will go on to represent Australia at the C2E2 Crown Championships of Cosplay in Chicago.

I can tell you the overwhelming effort the entrants take on their costumes because these pictures are of my sister!
