Who doesn’t love a versatile flatbread? Focaccia is an Italian dish that can be eaten as either a before-dinner appetizer or with soup. You don’t need to use your mixer when making it, and the best part of all: you get to eat garlic bread for dinner!
If you have any leftover focaccia, do not despair! You can freeze it so that the delicious bread is good to eat for a whole month.
First, place your frozen slice of toast in plastic wrap and then again with foil before placing into the freezer. When defrosting at room temperature, pop it back under heat (160 degrees Celsius) for 5-10 minutes until warmed through completely as if fresh from the oven.
