If you are not familiar with the samples you have, you can look them up easily at doterra.com.
Always perform a skin patch test first, this is part of the Essential Oil Safety Guide
When applying topically, dilute the oil further with Liquid Coconut Oil (Store bought is fine)
When Diffusing, you will need 6-8 Drops to fill a large room.
I do not recommend using samples internally, while I know mine are fresh and untampered with – I cannot speak for others.
Essential oils should not be left out where small children can reach them, and bottles should always be sealed up with their lids after use.

Put a couple of drops of oil on your bracelet, where the black aroma beads are. Let the oil soak into the small pin point holes on the beads.

If you are a regular user of diffuser bracelets, and like more oil, I can recommend some ways to get this on easily.

Porcelain or stainless still dish. Pop a few drops of oil in the dish and leave our bracelet to soak for a few minutes.
A Zip lock bag. While I don’t encourage regular use of plastic, some people do struggle keeping their hand steady while applying oil to bracelet. Put a few drops into a zip lock bag , move your bracelet around to pick up the oil. If there is still oil left in the bag, you may want to reuse it again later,
