WATERLILY PARK & PLAYGROUND, OCEAN SHORES
Water Lily Park is located at the end of Yamble Drive in Ocean Shores. This gorgeous playscape is an ongoing community funded project.
The playground has been well thought out. The natural timber play equipment blend in well with the lush backdrop of shady trees and the large duck pond.

Beautiful lush grass means this park is perfect for a picnic, pack some insect repellant as there may be midges during the early summer months.
We visited Waterlily Park on the way from Byron Bay to Hastings Point. It was the perfect stop off to have some lunch and making sure the kids waited a little before getting in the ocean.
There is a small carpark, on busier days you may have to park further up the street.
