Townsville Dinosaur Discovery: Lost Creatures of the Cretaceous Exhibit
Townsville it’s your turn for Dinosaur Discovery! This exhibition has officially left Brisbane.
This amazing Dinosaur spectacular is the perfect school holiday activity for kids who love dinosaurs & reptiles. The Dinosaur Discovery is an animatronic show that will blow your mind.
The scenery has over 20 dinosaurs to look at which are designed to look and sound real.
This is an opportunity for your children to get a sense of the size of a living dinosaur up close and personal.
The exhibition is put together beautifully with greenery, lighting and sound effects. The environment is like a tropical swamp. It also includes information about the history of Dinosaurs and what we know about the Dino era, 145 Million years ago.
If you have a sensitive child take along some earphones or ear defenders. My children LOVE dinosaurs, but one of them felt more comfortable with the sound effects being muffled. This helped her enjoy the whole exhibition.
The Dinosaur Exhibition is currently at the Tropical North Queensland Museum until July 2017.
